Back To Homeopathy Basics
Regardless of where my metaphysical journeys may take me, homeopathy will always be fundamental to me. One of my huge goals is to help addicts subdue their conditions and balance the mind and body with a variety of possible remedies. None of these remedies are a panacea but can peel off layers of pain, discomfort, frustration and cravings and such. The art is in choosing the right remedy to match up to the symptoms.
• extreme heat and redness with sudden onset- think belladona
• oh my God I’m gonna die- think aconite
• if the bed’s too hard- think arnica
• anything left sided- think lachesis, and so on and so on and so on.
But sometimes I don’t have a clue what is needed and that’s when I dowse for the most beneficial remedy for whatever my present needs are. ( I want to remind you that dowsing and homeopathy are 2 completely different modalities.) And 2 people with the same condition (say, 2 alcoholics) may need 2 different remedies, depending on their particulars. And since the art is in the choosing, I either use the smarts I’ve learned along the way, or simply dowse if confused or just unknowing.
Below is a very comprehensive list of all of the remedies I could find with properties to help with addiction in some fashion. Which one is right for a given individual I am not sure, but I would be happy to try to dowse for you to find out, if you send me a picture to use as a witness. If I can select something for my daughter I can surely select something for you. In the meantime, here is the list;
