The Pendulum Picks Baryta Carbonica
We are working on a dear friend’s mother who suffers from dementia. First Jimmie dowsed to find out what would be the most beneficial remedy to help her with confusion and memory loss. Baryta cabonica at the 6c dose was chosen, which is a remedy especially indicated in infancy and old age, and covers loss of memory, mental weakness, lost confidence, senile dementia, confusion, bashfulness, aversion to strangers, childishness, and grief over trifles. Very good pick Jimmie. Now he charged the remedy (written on a piece of paper) on circuit #5, which is an amplifier, and then placed the remedy and witness (in this case a lock of hair) on The Herrinckx Lozenge for broadcasting. The chart was a gift from a friend- thank you friend, and I will be doing several 20 minute sessions rather than 1 long one, per my friend’s suggestion. I am excited to see what the results will bring. I start my first session at exactly 3:46 pm, as per Jimmie’s dowsing. I have also put together a list of foods, supplements, herbs, and activities that can help overcome memory loss and here it is for all to benefit from:
Work on a crossword puzzle. This is a great way to exercise your brain and jog your memory. Puzzles and games thwart age-related memory loss.
Gingko biloba is a popular supplement you might take to prevent memory loss. It increases blood flow to the brain and brain mapping.
Sai Sanjeevini pattern # 163 Demintia- make a water from this pattern daily, and sip all day. Always use combination #1, a series of patterns that should be the base for anything you make, then add brain, anxiety, circulation, and any other body part or condition that you think may tie in. This is a slow deep heal. I use and broadcast a variety of these patterns everyday for everything from frozen shoulders to marital bliss! The constant broadcasting of prayers has made our apartment a place where anyone can come and feel comfortable.
Wheat germ is a good source of vitamin E, which may help with age-related memory loss.
Other vitamins such as B, C, and zinc can also help to improve memory loss. Vitamin B is important because if the body lacks it, there can be loss of memory and confusion. Zinc is also important in improving memory because it helps protect the brain from internal damage. To promote the production of neurotransmitters in the brain, vitamin C can help achieve this.
Rosemary has long been regarded as a herb for remembrance. In ancient times, the Greeks and the Romans prepared fragrant distilled water from the flowers of this plant and inhaled the aroma, so that ‘the evils were destroyed from the mind and the memory no longer played tricks.’ Rosemary is considered to be an antidote for mental fatigue and forgetfulness. A tea made from Rosemary, drunk once or twice a day, is an effective natural remedy for enhancing mental agility.
Sage is beneficial for a weak memory or loss of memory. It acts on the cortex of the brain, relieves mental exhaustion, and strengthens the ability to concentrate. A tea prepared from dried sage leaves can be used regularly for this purpose.
Pistachio nuts might help if your memory loss is the result of a thiamine deficiency. They are one of the richest sources of thiamine there is- 1/2 cup supplies 0.54 mg of thiamine The RDA for thiamine is 1.5 mg for men and 1.1 for women age 50 and younger; slightly less for those over 50.
Almonds are a powerful restorative for a poor memory. They contain unique properties to strengthen the brain. Almonds preserve the vitality of the brain and cure nervous disorders. Ten to twelve almonds should be immersed in water overnight and their outer skin removed. They should then be made into a fine paste and taken, mixed with one teaspoonful of butter or even alone. Inhaling ten to fifteen drops of almond oil through the nose, morning and evening, is also beneficial in the treatment of memory loss.
Walnuts are another unique dry fruit valuable in countering memory loss. About twenty grams of walnuts should be taken every day. The value of walnuts is enhanced if they are taken with figs or raisins in a proportion of ten grams each, every day.
Apples other phosphorus-rich fruits such as figs, grapes, oranges, and dates are useful in restoring memory. Various chemical substances like vitamin B1, phosphorus, and potassium help in the synthesis of glutamic acid. This acid controls the wear and tear of nerve cells. Eating an apple a day with one teaspoon of honey and one cup of milk is beneficial in the treatment of loss of memory and mental irritability. It acts as an effective nerve tonic and recharges the nerves with new energy and life. Honey keeps showing up, and as I have said in other articles, honey and cinnamon taken in equal parts twice a day can help memory loss as well as hearing loss and even sperm loss!
Now you can see the importance of diet, as well as keeping the mind active.
Stay away from aluminum. I use fresh rosemary and sage in my cooking that I pick from the park where it grows wild. I put nuts in salads and in some dishes I cook. I stay away from prepared foods and basically cook from scratch- baked salmon, steamed rice, and a salad- easy and wholesome. We always keep a bowl of cut fruit in the frig- not to say there are no chips or treats- we have our share, but much of the right stuff too. And everyone should start their day with a teaspoon of honey and cinnamon both as a prophylactic and also, a cure all.
very good post….
