Why did I feel like throwing up after oil pulling? You may be swallowing a small amount of the highly toxic swish or perhaps it was a temporary disturbance from the toxic draw, however I have not heard of that being a problem that could arise from oil pulling, such as phlegm in the throat coming loose and getting into the mouth or the urge to pass urine or stools.
